Lowrie underwent wrist surgery on
4/21. He joined Pawtucket on 6/21, where he is following a
rehab schedule similar to a spring training routine. On 6/23, Lowrie
was hit in the back of the knee by a pitch. The bruising in his knee
has caused him to miss a few games, but the team expects him to be back in the PawSox lineup as a DH on 7/3.
