Physical Description: Tall,
medium frame. Has already gotten stronger since he signed, but
has more remaining projection.
Hit:
Switch-hitter. Starts slightly open with his hands by his
shoulders. Starts wide and uses a leg kick timing device from
the left side. Starts more narrow from the left side and uses a
toe tap. Active hands in his load. Has a pronounced arm bar from
the left side. Swing is smooth. Shows solid bat speed. Has some
feel for the strike zone already, but could stand to make more
consistent contact on pitches in the zone. Struggled with his
initial exposure to professional pitching. Potential
fringe-average hit tool.
Power: Shows at
least above-average raw power from both sides. Potential for
more power as he physically matures.
Run:
Fringe-average present speed. Could tick down further as he
physically matures.
Field: Drafted as a
shortstop but moved to third base after signing, at least for
his first stint in pro ball. Is tall for the middle infield and
while he is fluid in the field, does not have the fast twitch
movement typical for shortstop. Shows soft hands and solid
actions at third base. Potential average defender.

Arm: Plus arm strength. Plenty for the left
side of the infield. Topped out in the low-90s on the mound in
high school.
Career Notes: Spent
considerable time on the showcase circuit in high school. Played
for Team USA. Committed to Georgia Tech before signing.
Participated in the 2023 Fall Performance Program.
Summation: Potential up-and-down, power-first
corner infielder. Ceiling of a second division regular. Long way
to go developmentally and has a wide range of outcomes.
Power-over-hit profile long-term. Already shows intriguing raw
power, but questions remain about how he will adjust to more
advanced professional pitching. Likely profiles best at third
base long term, but may initially play some shortstop as well.

report after the scouting team has seen the player in regular
