Scouting Report
: Bailey is a decent-sized RHP with an athletic frame.  The ball comes out of his hand really well.  His repertoire includes a low-90s fastball with some movement, and a low-80s sharp slider. Has the ability to add velocity.  Changeup is around 82 mph but is just starting to develop. Aggressive pitching style. Injured his shoulder in first start of 2008 season, believed to be a partially torn labrum.  Rehab process took longer than some initial reports.  Suspended for the 2009 season.
