Scouting Report: Thin lefty starter was highly thought of when signed, but struggled in his first year in 2006. In 2007, Cabral dominated the DSL, holding opponents to a .218 batting average. Cabral was marginally impressive in his domestic debut season in 2008, striking out 51 batters in 48.2 innings. Fastball sits 85-87 mph without much life.  Uses a decent 75-77 mph breaking ball and a 78-79 mph changeup to keep hitters at  bay.  Above average control.
