Scouting Report: Haigwood's arsenal includes a low 90s four-seam fastball, a very good curveball, an excellent changeup, and a slurve.    Fastball has good movement, and he mixes his off-speed stuff very well.  Intelligent with his repertoire - typically gets ahead of batters early in the count.  Good against both righties and lefties.  Decent major league potential.  Missed 2003 season with torn ACL.
