Scouting Report: Speedy centerfielder with nice range and solid fundamentals. A great overall athlete. Advanced approach at the plate - a very selective hitter. Gets the bat on the ball at a good clip with his smooth, quick swing. Hissey will spray a lot of line drives for singles. Below average present power. A lot of room to fill out his frame. Projects to develop some power, but will likely be more of a singles and doubles hitter in his early pro years. Above average plate discipline. Above average speed. Gritty, smart, and competitive. Strong arm in the outfield, about an average glove. Also played some 1B in high school.
