Scouting Report: Hull has spent the last few seasons exclusively out of the pen after getting some starts in the Dodgers organization.   Excelled in recent years, but against much younger competition.  Fastball sits around 90-91 mph.  Also has a 78 mph curve, and a change, all of which are about average.  Deceptive delivery, doesn't show his pitches.  Consistent.  Gets a lot of Ks, but still walks a few too many batters.
