  Scouting Report & Links      
         
  Physical Description: Athletic build with minimal remaining projection.

Mechanics: Throws from a low three-quarters arm slot. Significant effort in his delivery. Delivery is very difficult for left-handed hitters to pick up. Medium-high leg kick. Quick arm. Hides the ball wall behind. Violent head whack.

Fastball: 90-92 mph. Solid control. Pitch jumps on hitters.

Slider: 79-81 mph. Long, 2-to-8 break. Pitch shows two-plane break and is primarily used against left-handed hitters.

Changeup: 82-85 mph. Pitch shows late fade down and away from right-handed hitters. Solid feel.
   Career Notes: Transferred to Fullerton from San Diego State as a redshirt junior. Threw three no-hitters in high school. Pitched out of the bullpen throughout his college career. Was Fullerton's closer as a junior after having pitched just 10 innings in two years at SDSU.

Summation: Pure relief prospect, but has a deceptive delivery and three-pitch mix with confidence in all three offerings. Solid feel on the mound and will pitch backwards at times. All pitches can miss bats even though his velocity is average at best.
