Scouting Report: Venezuelan pitcher with a fastball that tops out around 91 mph with good movement.  Also has a decent curveball and a changeup that needs some work.  Improved command.  Missed 2006 season after TJ Surgery. James has been able to succeed against lower level hitting but has struggled against age-appropriate competition.  Spent much of the 2008 season on the DL.
