Scouting Report
: Tall, lanky lefty. Projectable body with a good arm.  Drafted by Boston in the 43rd round of the 2008 draft but did not sign. Missed the 2009 season with an injury, came back to pitch in two games for San Jacinto, one of the nation's leading JuCo programs, in 2010. Signed as an undrafted free agent in August 2010. Fastball sits between 89-90 mph, with a mid-70s curveball. Subpar command and control with an inconsistent release point. Also struggles with his landing and footwork.
