Scouting Report: Tall, thin righty with  a very projectable frame.   Fastball tops out around 95 mph, which he complements with a nice sweeping curveball.  His slider and his changeup are both unrefined.  Primarily a two pitch pitcher at this point.  Works well in all counts.  When he gets rattled, he can lose his command, leading to bad innings.  Has sleeper potential if he can fill out his frame, and watch out if he adds a decent changeup.
