Scouting Report: Average build, decent athlete with feel for hitting. Hits from an open stance with his hands down during his load and a short stride. Swing can get on the long side at times. Shows strong feel for hitting and gap-to-gap approach during batting practice, but hasn't translated into game action yet. Quick hands. Converted from second base to outfield in spring of 2013. Work in progress in the outfield. Struggles with his routes and reading the ball off the bat.
