Scouting Report: Journeyman submariner has spent time with five organizations.  Has 2+ years of MLB experience.   Struggled through elbow and forearm injuries from 2005-2007.   Fastball only sits in the mid 80s, but he catchers batters by surprise with his unorthodox delivery.
