Scouting Report: Pressly works out of a polished delivery with excellent balance and a consistent release point. Needs to add some size. He features a four-seam fastball that works between 88-90 mph and tops out around 93 mph. Also works in a two seam cutter that sits around 84-87 mph with inward movement against lefties. His off-speed pitches include a mid-70s 11-5 curveball and an 80-82 mph changeup. There is some nice arm speed and deception with the change, with it fading away from righties and in on lefties. The changeup doesn't have a lot of separation from his two-seamer, but complements his four-seamer well. Pressly's curve is pretty sharp and can freeze batters, but it appears to be a pitch that he is still developing. His arm speed isn't terribly fast, so he might not be able to add a ton of zip to his fastball, but that remains to be seen.
