Scouting Report: Righty gets his four seam fastball up to 97 mph and his two seamer around 93-94 mph.  Two-seamer has a good sinking motion.  Changes speeds well.  Also possesses a legit 87 mph slider with good movement, but he needs to locate it more consistently.  Ultimately, Province's MLB potential  likely rests on his ability to bring his slider to the next level.  Pounds the zone, not afraid to pitch to contact.   Strong pitcher's build.  Excellent poise and presence.  Above average fielder.  Despite spending much of his career as a reliever, Province was converted to a starter in 2008.
