Scouting Report: Dominican lefty with a low-90s fastball., a very good change, and a developing curveball.  Worked as a bullpen ace/closer in 2007, converted to a starter in 2008. Strikes out more than a batter an inning. The top performing pitcher for the 2008 DSL Red Sox.  Shows good velocity. Good command and control. Strong mound presence and composure.  Deceptive delivery.
