Physical Description: Tall,
thin, athletic frame with minimal remaining projection.
Hit: Starts open with his hands high. Uses a leg lift timing
device. Average bat speed. Has some length in his swing. Has
shown the ability to hit velocity, but will always have
swing-and-miss in his game. When he connects, usually hits the
ball hard. Struggles with pitch recognition, especially against
breaking balls. Approach is a work in progress. Potential
below-average hit tool.
Power: Will
show average raw power in batting practice, but swing is
designed more for line drives and plays at below-average
in-game.
Run: Plus speed. Able to steal
a base and take the extra base. Speed plays in the field as
well.
Field: Average defensive profile.
First step and routes are a little inconsistent, but has the
speed to make upf or it. Likely best suited for the corners, but
could be passable in center field as well.

Arm: Average arm strength.
Career Notes: Started his college career at New Mexico,
where he played both ways, but transferred after his freshman
year to Pima Community College. Drafted by the Diamondbacks in
the 33rd round of the 2019 draft. Did not sign and went to TCU
for the 2020 season. Developed into one of the best players on
the team in 2021 and was named First Team All-Big 12.
Summation: Projects as a solid organizational
player. Ceiling of an up-and-down emergency outfielder. Solid in
all aspects of the game, but lacks a carrying tool.
Swing-and-miss in game limits his upside some, but if he can
make enough contact has a chance to make it to the big leagues
in some capacity.
