Scouting Report: Journeyman Venezuelan starter with a passable 90-92 mph four-seam fastball, a very good low 90s sinker,  a decent-and-improving 80-83 mph changeup, and a below average 79-84 mph slider. Excellent control. Induces a lot of groundballs.
