Physical Description: Tall, long frame. Looks listed size.

Hit: Starts square and vertical with his hands by his chest. Long swing. Below-average bat speed. Decent on-base skills; fair amount of swing-and-miss in game. Struggles with velocity, especially up in the zone. Lack of bat speed will become more of an issue as he moves up the ladder.

Power: Average raw power due to size. Will run into a few home runs a year against low-minors pitching, but unlikely power will translate against more advanced pitching.

Arm: Average arm strength.

Field: First base-only defensive profile. Lacks range; average hands. Projects as an average defender at first base.

Run: 20 speed. Not a part of his game.

Summation: Projects as a depth player in the low minors. Could get a cup of coffee in the high minors, but most likely will struggle to get out of A-ball. Doesn’t have the bat to make up for first base-only profile. Solid makeup and work ethic could keep him around the game for a few years.
