Scouting Report: Despite his small frame, Ventura throws mostly fastballs, most of which sit around 91-92 mph.  He also makes use of a mid 70s circle change and a decent slurve-type pitch. He has a quick and deceptive snap delivery.  Needs to improve control somewhat.  Yet to pitch well above short season ball.
