Scouting Report: Williamson has very good command of three pitches: (1) a high-80s fastball; (2) a plus 11-to-6 curveball; and (3) an above-average changeup.  His curveball is by far his best pitch, and will buckle a lot of knees, especially at the lower levels.  Strong presence on the mound. Tough and competitive. Deceptive delivery hides his changeup well.  Has some room to fill out, could add velocity.
