  Scouting Report & Links      
         
  Scouting Report: Large, filled-out frame. Sidearm delivery. Animated on the mound. 92-94 mph sinker with heavy sink. 92-95 mph four-seam fastball tops out at 96 mph. 86-88 mph slider. Subpar control and command. Induces a lot of strikeouts and weak contact, but walks (and hits) a lot of batters. Has shown flashes of excellence at the major league level, but presently falls into a demographic of a fringy, veteran reliever who is out of options and cannot be used as easily as a fungible back-end bullpen arm. Signed to a minor league deal with Boston in January 2025 with an invitation to spring training. Declined to exercise opt out coming out of Spring Training, but initially stayed behind in Fort Myers rather than reporting to Worcester.
