Physical Description: Medium, filled-out frame.
No remaining projection.
Mechanics:
Throws from a three-quarters arm slot starting on the first base
side. Substantial effort in delivery as he comes across his
body. Medium leg kick. Rigid actions with a short stab behind
that hides the ball. Varies time to the plate, especially with
runners on base. Inconsistent release point at times.
Fastball: 95-98 mph. Can reach back for higher
velocities in late-game situations. Pitch jumps on hitters. Also
mixes in a sinker in the 92-94 mph range on occasion. Primarily
relied on the sinker in college. Potential above-average
offering.
Slider: 86-91 mph. Cut-slider
with short, 10-to-4 shape. Inconsistent feel. Will flash tight
rotation, but others are on the loose side; at times will look
like two seperate pitches. Potential fringe-average offering.
Curveball: 83-85 mph. Did not throw in two
outings scouted in 2025. 11-to-5 shape. Fringy depth. Worked on
developing a different kind of curveball in the Arizona Fall
League in 2024. Potential below-average offering.

Changeup: 86-88 mph. Did not throw in two
outings scouted in 2025. Straight change with late drop. Throws
often, has confidence in the pitch. Potential fringe-average
offering if he can find more consistency.
Career
Notes: Transferred to Mount St. Mary's from
Maryland-Baltimore County. Undrafted as a fifth-year senior in
2023, threw just 89-92 mph when he graduated, but increased his
velocity after working out at Tread Athletics and was up to
95-96 mph at Tread's pro day in January 2024, after which he
signed with the Red Sox. Pitched in 2025 Spring Breakout game as
an inning-finishing reliever.
Summation:
Projects as a mid-minors depth reliever. Ceiling of an
organizational reliever. Stuff has ticked up in a pure relief
role. Needs to find a go-to secondary pitch to compliment his
fastball, as his entire secondary arsenal is on the fringy side.
