Scouting Report: Thick pitcher's frame. Very quick arm. Compact delivery. Standout arm strength. Fastball sits in the high-90s and has touched 101 mph. Has had trouble throwing strikes at times, but has also shown bat-missing stuff when he can locate. Also throws a hard slider. Native of the Dominican Republic.
