Physical Description: Sturdy,
filled out, medium frame.
Mechanics:
Throws from a three-quarters arm slot, starting on the first
base side of the rubber. High leg kick that he tucks in behind
his front side before getting low and coming to the plate. Low
release height. Controlled delivery that he repeats well.
Fastball: 91-94 mph. Saw his velocity
steadily increase during the 2024 season. Started the season
sitting in the high 80s and rarely topping 90 mph, but was
hitting 94 mph by the end.
Curveball:
76-79 mph. 11-to-5 shape. Vertical breaker with substantial
depth when he snaps it off. WIll also mix in a sweepy version
that he debuted in 2024.
Changeup: 83-85
mph. Some fade and drop late, but inconsistent pitch at present.
Slider: 83-86 mph. Short, horizontal
break with depth on occasion. Solid shape. |

Career
Notes: Debuted in the Australian Baseball League at a
very young age (10 years younger than the weighted
average for the league) during the 2022-23 season when the ABL still did not
allow imported players due to COVID-19 concerns. Represented
Australia in the 2021 (played in 2022) and 2023 U-18 World Cups.
Signed with the Red Sox while playing in the 2023 U18 World Cup.
Made all 11 of his 2024 appearances against the Twins FCL
affiliate.
Summation: Pitchability
right-hander who saw his stuff take a step forward in 2024.
Velocity jumped considerably and made some interesting tweaks to
his arsenal that make him someone to follow as he makes the jump
to full-season ball. Still has a long way to go developmentally,
but he is around the zone and mixes his pitches well, which
gives him something to build on.
