Physical Description: On the skinny side, but has minimal remaining projection.

Hit: Starts slightly open. Short, slap-like swing. Very direct to the ball. Bat drags through the zone. Has a hard time catching up with velocity up in the zone. Does a good job fouling off tough pitches, but still has swing-and-miss in his game. Willing to try and bunt for a base hit.

Power: No over-the-fence power potential. Not a part of his game.

Arm: Average arm strength.

Field: Fluid actions, soft hands. Comfortable charging and covers ground with long limbs. Potential solid-average defender.

Run: Below-average speed. Strong baserunning instincts.

Career Notes: Father was a long-time coach at Fresno State, where his brother was also an undergraduate volunteer assistant coach.

Summation: Profiles as defense-first minor league depth. Can play short, second, and third at an above-average level. Won’t add much at the plate, but defensive ability should allow him to stick around.
