Physical Description: Lean
athletic frame. On the shorter side for a pitcher. No projection
remaining.
Mechanics: Quick delivery.
Throws from three-quarters arm slot. Puts lots of effort on his arm rather than
his lower half. Body motion is clean and fluid. Great
pitchability. Above-average command. Will vary timing on his
stride to the plate to mess with the batter's timing.
Fastball: 91-94 four-seamer with below-average movement.
Slight drop. Average pitch that could be incorporated more.
Changeup: 81-84 mph. Average pitch, tends to lead with it over his fastball. Slight armside fade
and downward movement.
Slider: 80-84 mph. Show-me pitch used about 10%
of the time. Two-plane action.

Career
Notes: Excelled through first four seasons in the
minors. Has shown inconsistent success at the major league level
since 2015. Pitched well in crowded Worcester for three months
in 2022. Was added to the MLB roster for two games in Toronto
with Tanner Houck unavailable, then designated for assignment
and traded to Atlanta.
Summation: Fierce competitor, smart on the
mound, solid command, impressive strikeout numbers. Likely best
suited as an up-and-down emergency reliever, but has the ceiling
to stick in a middle inning bridge role or perhaps even a 7th
inning role.
