Mechanics: Varies his arm slot from low three-quarters to three-quarters depending on the situation and handedness of the batter. Starts on the extreme third base side of the rubber with his hands high. Jerky delivery with a lot of moving parts. Slings the ball across his body. Hides the ball well behind his body until he releases it late from a low slot.

Fastball: 84-86 mph. Tops out at 88 mph. Pitch plays up a bit due to deception and is most effective when used in sequence with his off-speed pitches. Strong command profile. Potential below-average offering.

Changeup: 72-74 mph. Best pitch. Gets solid velocity separation from fastball. Throws with same arm speed and looks like fastball until late. Pitch shows late fade. Able to throw for strikes or bury down and out of the zone. Pitch is especially effective versus right-handed hitters. Potential average offering.

Curveball: 72-76 mph. Slow, slurvey breaking ball. Shape varies depending on arm slot. Pitch lacks depth.

Summation: Projects as an organizational depth arm. Stuff is lacking, but knows how to pitch and keep hitters off balance. Lack of velocity limits upside, but has three pitches that he can throw for strikes and varies delivery to give hitters different looks. Could struggle to miss bats as he moves up the system, but ability to throw strikes and eat innings will make him a valuable contributor to the organization.
