Hit: Swing is
geared for contact at present. Consistent swing. Shows good feel
for the strike zone and bat-to-ball ability.
Power: Not currently part of his game. Gap power at
best. Will need to add strength, but even with that does not
project for considerable power.
Reports range from fringe-to-average to plus runner. May improve
with added physical development.
Carrying tool at time of signing. Soft hands and smooth actions
in the field with good instincts. Projects to stay at shortstop.

Summation: Glove-first shortstop who
was seen as one of the top defenders in his IFA class. Defense
will be his calling card. Primary development key will be his
physical development, which will affect ability to impact the
ball at the plate, as well as other areas of his game.
