Physical Description: Medium
to large frame with minimal projection.
Hit: Starts with his hands high. Uppercut swing path
can get long. Below-average hit tool. Will not chase pitches outsie
the zone, but struggles against off-speed stuff. Subpar splits
against lefties.
Power:
Average power potential. Strong arms and lower half. Likely
will not make enough contact to be an in-game power hitter.
Run:
Below-average speed.
Field: Shows aptitude for blocking balls and calling
games. Smart player on the defensive side of the ball. |

Arm:
Plus arm strength.
Career Notes: Played two
seasons at Stonehill before transferring to UConn. Played two
seasons with Cotuit in the Cape Cod League. First undrafted free
agent to sign with the Red Sox in 2022. Spent large parts of
early pro career on the developmental list. Converted to
pitching in late summer 2024 but was injured fairly quickly and
underwent Tommy John surgery in August 2024. Retired in October
2025.
Summation:
Defense-first catcher with a bit of power. Profiles as high-minors depth, serving as a third catcher at the Double-A or
Triple-A level. Coaching candidate.
