Dominican righty signed for a $40,000 bonus at the start of the
2025 signing period. Small-to-medium frame with a lot of
projection remaining. Easy three-quarters delivery, starts on
the third base side. Medium leg kick. Falls to the first base
side. 93-96 mph four-seam fastball, 85-87 mph cutter, 81-84 mph
slider, 85-87 mph changeup. Fastball has hit 98 mph in bullpen
