Scouting Report: Former college quarterback beginning a career in the NFL. Played at Florida, transferred to Arkansas in 2020. After graduating, signed with the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent in May 2021. Boston drafted and signed Franks to reserve his baseball rights in the event he moves on from football down the line. Pitched in high school for Wakulla, touching 88 mph with his fastball. Got on the mound in 2019 for the first time in several years, hitting 94 mph. Great frame, extremely athletic.
