Career Notes: Father was
drafted by the Yankees in 1988 and played six years in the minor
leagues. Highly regarded amateur. Went to American Heritage High
School, which has produced numerous big leaguers including
current Red Sox Triston Casas. Was teammates with Casas' younger
brother Gavin in high school and college. Committed to
Vanderbilt as an eighth-grader and asked not to be drafted his
senior year of high school in order to go to college. Missed
time in 2024 with a shoulder injury.
Summation:
Left-hander with good size and strong pitchability, but a fringy
arsenal. Four-pitch mix with changeup his best offering.
Fastball is on the light side and breaking balls need
refinement. Strong control profile to build on if he can unlock
additional velocity in pro ball.

updated with a complete scouting report after the scouting team
has seen the player in regular season game action.
