Scouting Report: Venezuelan righty with pedestrian stuff. Average frame with some projection. Throws from a low 3/4 slot, starting on the third-base side of the rubber, and has a long arm action. Fastball sits at 86-89 mph with late heavy sink.  Also throws two off-speed pitches, a curveball at 70-73 mph and changeup at 80-83 mph. Curveball shows vertical break when it's snapped off, but changeup is fairly firm.
