Physical Description: Tall,
sturdy pitcher's frame. No remaining projection.
Mechanics: Throws from a vertical arm slot. High leg
kick. Moderate effort in delivery.
Fastball:
93-96 mph four-seamer. Tops out at 97 mph. Has reportedly hit
triple digits in the past. Command and control are inconsistent.
Gives up a lot of loud contact. Average life. Added a two-seam
version during the 2024-25 offseason.
Splitter:

shows late dive at its best. Will show swing-and-miss potential.

break. Third pitch, incorporated on occasion.

time, reincorporated the pitch to his arsenal during the 2024-25
offseason.

thrown.

Career
Notes: Pitched at Paris Junior College before
transferring to Pitt. Selected by Toronto in the minor league
phase of the 2019 Rule 5 Draft. Signed with the Mets in November
2024 as a minor league free agent, but was selected by Boston in
the first round of the minor league phase of the Rule 5 Draft
days later after the Mets thought it was unlikely he would be
selected and did not keep him on the Triple-A reserve list.
Missed more than two months beginning in April 2025 with right
shoulder inflammation. Re-signed with the organization before
becoming a minor league free agent following the 2025 season and
received an invitation to major league spring training.
Summation: Potential organizational depth
arm. Has stuck around the high-minors for a while, as he shows
intriguing raw stuff and bat-missing ability, but lack of
consistency and his age limit upside.
