Physical Description: Solid frame with a sturdy
lower half. Filled out, minimal remaining projection.
Mechanics: Throws from a three-quarters arm
slot. Fringe-average arm speed. Effort in delivery. Long arm
action with a hook behind.
Fastball:
90-92 mph. Lacks life. Command and control need work.
Curveball: 75-77 mph. Long, 12-to-6 shape.
Pitch will flash depth, but he does not consistently get over it
and lacks feel.

Changeup: 84-86 mph. On
the firm side and lacks movement. Looks like a fastball he took
something off of at times.

Performance Program.
Summation:
Potential low-minors depth arm. Lacks present stuff or
projection you look for in a pitcher. On the young side still,
but needs an arsenal change or significant velocity increase in
order to reach the high minors.
