Scouting Report: Jimenez signed his first contract at the age of 20, which is unusual for a Dominican player.  Thus, he has a lot of catching up to do.  However, he impressed in his first season at the DSL level, despite being advanced in age.   In 2008, Jimenez wasn't terribly impressive over a small sample of 20 innings.   Struggles with control.
