Scouting Report: Local left-hander who throws a low-90s fastball and has the makings of an average changeup. Was a well-regarded prospect coming out of Roxbury Latin, but his career has gone sideways since 2010 Tommy John surgery. Smart with solid makeup. Subpar command and control.
