Scouting Report: Projectable left-hander with a smooth, over-the-top delivery. Features a high-80s fastball that tops out in the low-90s, plus a mid-70s curveball, a slider and a changeup. Good control, throws strikes. Needs to fill out, but has frame to do so. Previously drafted in the 13th round by San Diego in 2010 and fifth round by Washington in 2009. Served a 50-game suspension in 2013 for a second positive test for a drug of abuse.
