Physical Description: Small, compact frame.
Sturdy, filled out with no remaining projection.
Mechanics: Throws from a three-quarters arm slot
starting on the third base side of the rubber. Full wind-up, but
starts with his feet in a stretch position. Short extension to
the plate. Jerky delivery with some deception. Low release
height. Works quickly and repeats his delivery well.
Fastball: 86-88 mph. Strong command and control
profile. Throws strikes and can locate in all quadrants in the
zone. Not a bat-missing pitch. Potential below-average offering.
Changeup: 75-78 mph. Good separation
from fastball. Deceptive with lade fade and drop. Can turn it
over and bury down and out of the zone. Especially effective
against right-handed hitters. Potential average offering.
Slider: 81-83 mph. 2-to-8 shape. Two-plane
break. Able to land in the zone. Potential fringe-average
offering.

Curveball: 74-76 mph. 1-to-7 shape. Average
depth. More vertical than horizontal. Potential fringe-average
offering.
Career Notes: Four-year
starter for Fairfield. Played two seasons with Bourne in the
Cape Cod League. Not drafted out of college. Spent two seasons
in the Rays organization before catching on with the Yolo High
Wheelers of the Pioneer League. Signed with Boston in April
2024. Re-signed with the organization before becoming a minor
league free agent following the 2025 season.
Summation: Potential mid-minors
depth arm. Ceiling of an organizational arm. Throws consistent
strikes and mixes pitches well to keep hitters off balance.
Great arm to have in the system because he is able to pitch
efficiently and keep a team in the game in a variety of roles.
