Mechanics:
Throws from a three-quarters arm slot. Starts on the third base side.
Significant effort in delivery. Short, stiff arm action. Gets good
extension. .
Fastball: 93-95 mph. Well below-average command and
control. Induces grounders. Doesn't generate swings and misses.
Slider: 85-86 mph. Short break.

Career
Notes: Signed on the first day of the international
signing period in 2018 out of Venezuela at the age of 16. Spent
three seasons in the complex leagues, and another cancelled due
to the pandemic. Has struggled against Low-A hitters.
Summation: Potential low-minors depth arm. Good velocity,
but lacks feel and pitchability. Will struggle to get hitters out
consistently unless command and control drastically improves.
