  Scouting Report & Links      
         
  Physical Description: Large frame, fully filled out. High-waisted.

Mechanics: Very low 3/4, close to sidearm delivery. Crossfire action. Works quick. Marginal control in recent years.

Fastball: 89-91 mph sinker. Downhill action despite sidearm delivery. Relies on the pitch roughly 60% of the time. Gets strikeouts and induces groundballs.

Slider: 82-85 mph. Fringe-average pitch. 12-to-6 movement. Effective against righties.

Curveball: 75-77 mph. Loopy glove side action. 		  Career Notes: Drafted by Kansas City as a graduate MBA student in 2012, his third time being drafted. Started at USC, but climbed the pro ladder primarily as a reliever. Won the Triple-A Championship with Omaha in 2014 and the Eastern League Championship with Bowie in 2015. Spent three seasons in the back end of the Oakland bullpen in 2016-2018. Missed time in 2017 with hip and back injuries. Had surgery for thoracic outlet syndrome in September 2018.

Summation: Emergency depth. Will need to overcome thoracic outlet injury issues, which is historically a difficult injury to reurn from for a pitcher.
