  Scouting Report & Links      
         
  Physical Description: Medium frame with minimal remaining projection. Below-average athlete.

Hit: Starts with a wide base and utilizes a toe tap timing device. Unique swing mechanics that can easily get out of sync. Swing can get long. Uppercut swing path. Free swinger with below-average pitch recognition. Chases outside the zone but makes solid contact on strikes. Able to keep up with high velocity but struggles against off-speed and breaking stuff. Poor splits against left-handers. Will need to make refinements to adjust to more advanced pitching up the ladder.

Power: Above-average raw power. Impressive exit velocities. Power is primarily to the pull side at present.

Run: Below-average runner. Will not a major part of his game.

Field: Best suited for left field but can cover right field in a pinch.. Lacks athleticism and takes inconsistent reads and routes. Potential fringe-average defender.
   Arm: Average arm.

Career Notes: Signed in August 2019, days before his 17th birthday. FCL All-Star in 2021. Participated in the 2021 Fall Performance Program. Missed three months of 2022 with an adductor injury followed by an illness that stalled his rehab. Broke ankle in multiple places in July 2023 and missed the rest of the 2023 season. Played a mostly healthy season with Greenville in 2024.

Summation: Organizational player. Lacks defensive value and there are questions about how his swing and approach will play against more advanced competition. Has some power upside at the plate, but will have to show up on offense all the way up the ladder.
