Scouting Report:
Undersized right-hander, throws
over-the-top, from the first base side of the rubber. Works only out of
the stretch with a medium leg kick and quick delivery. Fastball sits 89-91
mph with natural cut. Throws strikes with pitch and does a good job
keeping it down given his lack of height. Curveball 78-80 mph shows 12-6
break and depth through the zone at its best. Changeup 82-84 mph has late
drop and has shown the ability to burry the pitch down. Has missed bats
with both secondary pitches at the Triple-A level. |
