Physical Description: Tall,
lanky frame. Will always be on the thin side, but has some
remaining projection.
Mechanics: Throws
from a three-quarters arm slot. Medium-high leg kick. Low
release height for someone with his size. Above-average
extension. Lots of moving parts in his delivery due to his size.
Inconsistent delivery that he struggles to repeat.
Fastball: 93-96 mph. Tops out at 98 mph.
Intriguing fastball characteristics with ride and run and a flat
approach angle. Plays up in the zone and shows bat-missing
ability. Struggles to throw the pitch for strikes. Control has a ways to go.
Slider: 83-86 mph. Shape varies. Some are
shorter with two-plane shape, others are longer with more tilt
than depth. Needs to find more consistency with the pitch. |

Career Notes: Signed for
well over slot following the 2021 draft. Has struggled with injuries
throughout his career. Had Tommy John surgery during the 2025
season. Selected in the minor league phase of the 2025 Rule 5
draft.
Summation: Interesting flier
relief arm with good size, extension, and fastball shape. Strike throwing is a major work in progress.
Still in the early
stages of developing as a pitcher, but has pedigree as a former
overslot high school draftee. Unlikely to return to the mound
until late 2026 after undergoing Tommy John surgery during the
2025 season.
