Physical Description: Small,
skinny frame. Premium athlete. No remaining projection.
Hit: Starts vertical and open with his hands
high. Leg lift timing device. Short, direct swing. Makes a lot
of contact, especially on pitches in the zone. Will take a walk,
but will also expand with two strikes. Swing is designed to put
the ball in play and allow him to use his speed to put pressure
on the defense. Will always run a high average on balls in play due to his speed.
Excellent bunter. Potential average hit tool.
Power: Well below-average raw power. Not a part of his
game. Swing is not designed for power. Produces well-below-average exit velocities.
Run:
Plus-plus speed. Speed plays in all facets of his game.
Field: Standout athleticism in the outfield.
Plenty of range for center field and also capable of playing
corner outfield, second base, and third base. Potential
above-average defensive profile.

Arm: Below-average arm strength. Arm profiles
best at second base or in left field.
Career
Notes: Had a standout career at Washington
prior to being drafted by the Rockies in the 16th round of the
2021 draft. Only player in PAC-12 history to lead the conference
in stolen bases for three straight seasons. Ranks third all-time
at Washington in stolen bases. Acquired by Boston from Colorado
for Brennan Bernardino in November 2025. Left unprotected in
2024 and 2025 Rule 5 drafts.
Summation:
Potential quality organizational player. Ceiling of an emergency
depth player. Hit tool value is largely tied up in contact
ability. Uses his speed to put pressure on the defense and is a
very adept bunter. Will add value to an organization due to his
speed and defensive versatility, but lack of offensive impact
limits upside.
