  Physical Description: Medium frame. Not overly athletic. Strong lower half.

Hit: Compact, uppercut swing path. Aggressive approach, chases a lot. Does not make consistent contact. Below-average overall approach.

Power: Average to slightly better power. Pull heavy. Will sell out for power.

Run: Below-average speed. Not a part of his game.

Field: Fringe-average backstop. Good game caller and leader. Struggles with blocking. Unathletic behind the plate. Not an ideal fit as a major league backup.

Arm: Average, accurate arm.		   Career Notes: Had Tommy John surgery in 2013. Added to the White Sox 40-man roster in November 2018 to protect him from the Rule 5 Draft. Spent 2020 at the White Sox Alternate Site. Claimed off waivers by Arizona in September 2023, then traded to Seattle two months later. Signed with Boston in November 2024 as a minor league free agent. Non-roster invitee to 2025 major league spring training.

Summation: Organizational catcher with emergency up-and-down potential.
